"Look, everything was "fine", but I reaaaaallllllly object to automatic service charges; I would like to think that if I was not satisfied with the service I'd have some say in whether the waiting staff got a tip. When the bill arrived they'd allotted themselves £5 automatically. It incensed me and to be honest it made me not want to go back. I respect the fact that the waiters have to be paid (I have worked as a waiter) but please respect the fact that people like to know that they have a choice as to whether they should tip or not!" - Alex, Manchester - 29/06/06
