| Named
after She-Ra's home, The Toronto duo, Crystal Castles, produce
a 1980's Factory Records -sounding brand of electronica. With
beeps and a noise that could be produced by an Atari or ZX
Spectrum, their brand of music is simple and catchy. Singer
Alice Glass's incomprehensible distant vocals add to the effect.
With the 1980's seemingly fashionable once more, they don't
get more hip than this. |
