LULU
(pop)
| |
| West
Park, Macclesfield - 16th August |
| Lulu
rose to stardom at the tender age of 15 with her precocious
rendition of 'Shout' and was a consistent chart presence in
England throughout the '60s, scoring huge hits with the title
song to films 'To Sir With Love' and 'The Man With the Golden
Gun'. A marriage to Barry Gibb and successful collaborations
with the likes of Elton John, Tina Turner, Bobby Womack, Sting,
Ronan Keating and Take That have kept Lulu in the spotlight
for decades. Lulu is joined by a Motown tribute act and a
superb firework display. |
