Possibly
the only Glaswegian Mancunians are looking forward to welcoming
back after last week's riots. Superb singer-songwriter,
Amy McDonald, returns with yet another Manchester date on
a tour that has been extended due to her ever increasing
popularity. Taking her musical cues from Travis, The Libertines
and Razorlight, the folk rocker delivers well-crafted songs
sung passionately including singles 'Mr Rock And Roll',
'This Is The Life' and 'Poison Prince'
Following
the riots at the UEFA Cup Final in Manchester on Wednesday
involving Rangers fans, Manchester United and the
council have decided to hold their victory parade
for the Premiership and possibly the Champions League
later in the summer rather than on the team's return
from Moscow on Thursday 22nd May. Watch this space
for updates.
